What do I do with my lobsters when they arrive?
After we catch our live lobsters we keep them in our specially designed refrigerated salt water tanks at 36'F (this allows the lobsters to remain in their natural cool habitat), lobsters like the cold! Every lobster you order from TheLobsterGuy.com will be packed with care and shipped "ice cold" overnight in Styrofoam containers with icy cold gel packs. If you decide not to cook your lobsters upon arrival, they should be removed from their shipping container and stored in your cold refrigerator overnight but remember keep them upright dry and cold!...( You can place the packing paper and gel packs back on top of them in your fridge to ensure they are cold! Again, BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND DRY and DO NOT IMMERSE THE LOBSTERS IN ANY KIND OF WATER! REMEMBER,COLD AND DRY!
How do I cook my lobsters and seafood?
It' all depends on the cooking method you have planned and the way in which they are to be prepared, though we strongly suggest live lobsters are best simply steamed, and not boiled! Please follow the enclosed Lobsterguy cooking directions included in your order with preferred cooking times! We also provide care instructions as well as cooking times for all of of our great products which will come in the box with your order.

I just received my New England Clam bake shipped to me in Arlington Texas.
This was done with care and pride in the products. It came complete with everything right done to the wipes. This lobsters were nice size they were alive and kicking just as they should.
The tin is packed with everything and easy to steam.
Thank you for the care and pride you use to make our experience a special one.

I surprised my friends twin boys with a lobster and clam bake and it was great seeing there faces when I opened the cooler and they unwrapped it to see what was in the cooler. Now they want to come up there to get them really fresh. the whole process was great. Lobster guy is the best and the girl I talk to on the phone was a great help. I will deffently order more. I am thinking Christmas.

Clambake Dinner
"I received a clambake for two yesterday as a Christmas gift. "GREAT" is not worthy, "OUTSTANDING" is more appropriate. Lobsters tried to climb out of the pot!!! You can be sure I will recommend you to others and order more. Thanks for the great product!!?
