What do I do with my lobsters when they arrive?
After we catch our live lobsters we keep them in our specially designed refrigerated salt water tanks at 36'F (this allows the lobsters to remain in their natural cool habitat), lobsters like the cold! Every lobster you order from TheLobsterGuy.com will be packed with care and shipped "ice cold" overnight in Styrofoam containers with icy cold gel packs. If you decide not to cook your lobsters upon arrival, they should be removed from their shipping container and stored in your cold refrigerator overnight but remember keep them upright dry and cold!...( You can place the packing paper and gel packs back on top of them in your fridge to ensure they are cold! Again, BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND DRY and DO NOT IMMERSE THE LOBSTERS IN ANY KIND OF WATER! REMEMBER,COLD AND DRY!
How do I cook my lobsters and seafood?
It' all depends on the cooking method you have planned and the way in which they are to be prepared, though we strongly suggest live lobsters are best simply steamed, and not boiled! Please follow the enclosed Lobsterguy cooking directions included in your order with preferred cooking times! We also provide care instructions as well as cooking times for all of of our great products which will come in the box with your order.

We order from The Lobster Guy several times a year. The lobsters and steaks are amazing and the lobster extravaganza is our favorite deal. The shrimp is amazing, the soups and crab meat are wonderful and the lobsters are always sweet and healthy. When you can't get to Maine, The Lobster Guy is the next best thing!

Wonderful!
We ordered this for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. What a success! From the easy to use and detailed website made to the ordering process very smooth. The lobsters arrived alive and well packaged. They were easy to cook and wonderful to enjoy. My in-laws were able to make another meal of the scallops and shrimp the next night. Highly highly recommend using this company and will use them again for all lobster celebrations! Thank you for a job well done!

We ordered from you this weekend to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! The lobsters and shrimp were absolutely incredible!!!! My parents and our cousins that came for dinner loved it!
