What do I do with my lobsters when they arrive?

After we catch our live lobsters we keep them in our specially designed refrigerated salt water tanks at 36'F (this allows the lobsters to remain in their natural cool habitat), lobsters like the cold! Every lobster you order from TheLobsterGuy.com will be packed with care and shipped "ice cold" overnight in Styrofoam containers with icy cold gel packs. If you decide not to cook your lobsters upon arrival, they should be removed from their shipping container and stored in your cold refrigerator overnight but remember keep them upright dry and cold!...( You can place the packing paper and gel packs back on top of them in your fridge to ensure they are cold! Again, BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND DRY and DO NOT IMMERSE THE LOBSTERS IN ANY KIND OF WATER! REMEMBER,COLD AND DRY!

How do I cook my lobsters and seafood?

It' all depends on the cooking method you have planned and the way in which they are to be prepared, though we strongly suggest live lobsters are best simply steamed, and not boiled! Please follow the enclosed Lobsterguy cooking directions included in your order with preferred cooking times! We also provide care instructions as well as cooking times for all of of our great products which will come in the box with your order.

Thank You!

The Lobster Guy was the best I could find on the internet! I ordered a 3 lb
lobster and some littlenecks & chowder for my cousin down south and he said the
lobster was so huge he could barely fit it in his lobster pot! "It was
HUGE!musta been 3-1/2 lbs at least!"....he said. As far as price,ease of website
use, value, service and timeliness of delivery, I will undoubtedly go nowhere
else! I have been thrilled with this Christmas gift decision and I'm sure for
any occasion, you will be too! Thank you again Lobster Guy! You're the best!!!

Quality Lobsters!

What a wonderful service. The ease of ordering was tremendous. This is the perfect gift to order for someone who has everything!
