Best Prices Best Lobsters!
I looked at a few other places to get lobsters shipped, and this is the best hands down! Fair prices, best lobsters, and the packaging was perfect! Some other sites had "Free Shipping", but there lobster prices were TRIPLE what the Lobsterguy is! NOT SO Free Shipping AFTER ALL! We will order again, great people to deal with.

I have ordered Lobster from you several times now. I like the bigger 5-7 lb lobsters. I live in Colorado. Every time I have bought from your company, you have delivered to me in Colorado the tastiest lobster I have ever eaten.
The test of a company is when things go bad. I had a minor issue with a shipment and you and your people jumped on it and made it right. You and your staff show excellent character and concern for your customers. My belief is that you behave that way every single day for every single customer. Great People!
It was the most wonderful shopping experience I've ever had. The quality of the product was absolutely amazing. I will buy from them anytime I have a craving for wonderfully PERFECT seafood. The customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, especially considering the inclement weather and flight and ground shipping being stopped in its tracks. Even though it took several days to contact me, they never ceased trying to contact me personally. It is that kind of service and an excellent product line that will keep me coming back for more (of everything!).

The Best
I live in Utah about as far away from the ocean as you can get. I have ordered from the lobster guy several times over the years and always good. Yesterday I received six 2 1/2 pound lobsters and 2 pks of mussels. They were soooooooooo fresh it was like I picked them out of the water myself. When I went to cut the bands off they were everywhere so lively and they were soooooooooo tasty had a birthday party last evening and EVERYONE enjoyed. Bye the way I am from the east my dad was a fisherman so I KNOW what lobsters are supposed to taste like. Thanks Captain Tim and crew

Superbowl Lobsters
I ordered a dozen 41/2 - 5lb lobsters for a superbowl party. The lobsters arrived at my door Saturday evening. I kept them alive through the night so I could cook them Sunday. They tasted great. Top Notch service! I would rate them 6 Claws if they delivered on Sundays.

The lobsters arrived alive and kickin' and remained so until I put them in the pot. Sweet and delicious. The scallops were out of this world. For the past 12 or so years, we have only depended on you for our lobster celebrations and never have you failed to meet our highest expectations. [I'm originally from Vermont and Maine (for the first 21 years of life) so I do know a little about quality seafood. Good evening all:
I wanted to take a minute to tell you about my recent order placed a few weeks back. I was nervous, being my first time (for lobsters to be shipped, that is), but I gave it a shot. I had 16 lobsters flown overnight to my family in upstate NY. It was a surprise New Year's Eve celebration dinner party for my family, some coming i from the mid-West. I live out far west, so would not be attending (darn work thing!)
The lobsters got on a plane the day before the event, with more leg room than in coach, I'm sure. . Following their journey through the skies, they arrived at their location exactly as planned. I think they got better service than any of regular people carriers! Needless to say, the family was delighted. Most are lobstaholics, so none went to waste. It was a fun time for the little ones as well, not having much, if any experience with live lobsters.
So all in all, the service from The Lobster Guy was incredibly awesome. The lobsters were fresh, shipped in a comfy, timely manner, arrived as expected?despite winter weather, and a festive holiday meal was enjoyed by all. I can't say enough good about The Captain and his Crew. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Outstanding!
Just had six lobsters delivered overnight for a birthday party in California and they were nothing less than the best! We enjoy lobster a few times a year in different places, and the ones we received from The Lobster Guy were as succulent and fresh as though we just got them dockside from the fisherman. Congratulations folks, you have great product, worth every penny of what it costs!

Hi Captain Tim and the rest of the Swabbies,
Initially I had my reservations with regards to shipping lobsters to Arizona.My son was absolutely delighted to get the lobsters and said that they were all still alive just as promised! You made his Birthday something really special as he has been away from New England for a few years.
There was never a shortage of Lobsters when he was younger, as I was the owner of a catering company( Jimmy's Stoveside Cooking dba /Show Stoppers) for 28 years - so he was accustomed to clambakes put on by my company in addition the The Boston Bruins Annual Clambake we catered as well(I always ordered extra for the kids).
There were on occasion some dead lobsters in my crates - so that's why I had concerns about over night shipping.I feel fully confident in your competence to deliver whenever I order without any concerns in the future. I found a new "solid" vendor!

My son, who we call "Little Jim" is now 6' 3" - said the Lobsters were just as sweet and tender as if he were home and got them fresh that day!
"Pandora's Box" has been opened - so I know he'll be "hammering" me for more really soon!
I have former New Englander friends who relocated in South Carolina and Texas and they too - will be recipients of your fresh lobsters and steamers as a gift from me.
By the way Captain - when I called and spoke to your first mate - she addressed my concerns and comforted me by assuring me everything was going to be just fine. She said "Don't worry Jim - wehand pick them to be sure they'll be alive when they get there".
I just wish the BoSox could hit "Home Runs" like you just did!

Great Seafood!
Thank you It is very difficult to get Great sea food here in Arizona. Being born in raised for 35 years on the east coast I enjoy every opportunity to eat delicious sea food. You will not fine many companies that are this good! Hope they don't get too big, but if they do, they deserve it! These folks treat you like a customer, not a number! from the time we ordered with Megan, to the time we cleaned up dinner, beast overall experience ordering seafood yet!

Wow!
We ordered a buch of holiday gifts for relatives, and these folks delivered BIG time on every order! We can't say emough good things about the Lobsterguy. My sister had a simple question on lobsters, and the girl in the office actually gave her Capt. Tims cell phone number! She called him, and she can not stop raving on what a wonderful company and man he was! She was thrilled that he took the time to talk with her, for over a half hour! Now THAT is customer service! Thanks for making our holiday gifts Perfect!

The lobsters arrived safe, alive and pretty active. It was my husbands and
my 40th anniversary, a totally surprise box of lobsters arrived to remind us
of the day, then they gave us the best meal to help us celebrate. It took
us right back to Maine and " home" . So we thank you very much for the well
packed lobsters who stayed fresh for our meal, the ocean fragrance of Maine
and our best anniversary EVER.

Great Guy to Deal with! This company is all over what they do! I cannot say enough good things about them. From prices to quality it was the best lobster order on the web period! Overnight shipping is not cheap, but thats what it is, overnight shipping ! We looked at 3 other companies, but this was the way to go! See you in a couple of weeks Tim ! Great talking to you too!

If You want the BEST Lobsters, order them from Capt. Timmy!Not only the best lobsters, they have the best prices and are a real deal Fisherman family you deal with! This was our 3rd order and it gets better every time. Great job again Tim!
